Mini Update: Products are shipping!

Hey Giants,

The first packages (Canada) have been sent and people are already receiving them. USA and International are underway and should be in your hands soon! Please note that shipping times will vary with the holiday season approaching.

As far as the physical early-bird puzzles go, we are working out the logistics for getting those sent out now. Our delay caused that process to go off the rails a bit, but fear not, we are rapidly getting it back on track and will let you know when we have the dates finalized. Our top priority was getting the books/cards out to the majority of backers, but now that we have that in the bag we are diverting attention to the puzzles again.

Products About to Ship!

Greetings giants!

We went for a tour of the printing facility yesterday and got hands-on with the books and cards and they are looking great! The packing process is well underway and the products will begin shipping out on Monday. 

 For anyone who has not yet paid, consider this your final warning. 

We have been collecting addresses of those who have paid since the cutoff and assembling a second wave of shipping.  Anyone who made it in by the cutoff, it is too late to change your address as the packages are already in motion. We will be sending the second wave list to the printer on Monday and will not be able to process any more orders after this time. As mentioned, any funds that were previously collected for incomplete orders on Kickstarter will be converted to donations to the project and product will not be shipped. 

Check your accounts on Backerkit and see if everything is good to go, as a number of people have had issues with their banks holding up funds, leading them to believe that things are complete when they aren't. There is nothing we can do from our end in those situations so make sure you are proactive on yours.

Thank you so much for all of your support and patience as we learn and grow. We are already well underway with our next few projects and we can't wait to share them with you, just need to put a bow on this one (no Xmas pun intended).

Addresses Sent to Printer

Hey Giants,

We have officially locked in the addresses for the main wave of shipping. If you have paid, the address we have on file is the one the products will be going to. 

Products will be kitted the week of Nov 14th and shipped out starting the week of the 21st. If you have not yet paid, please update your credit cards immediately if you wish to receive your products in the second wave of shipping at a later date tbd. 

As individual shipping costs are astronomically higher than bulk rates, we will be waiting until the majority of the stragglers have paid before doing a second wave of shipping. After this wave we will be unable to ship any more products, the project will be completed and any remaining money that backers have previously paid on Kickstarter will be considered donations to the project.

We will send out some more progress photos in the coming weeks as we receive them, and we will send out another update when the books ship.

Thank you all for bearing with us through the past few months, we are pushing as hard as we can to get the products out as soon as possible, and we sincerely appreciate your support.

LAST CALL FOR ADDRESS CHANGES

Hello Giants,

We have received a few messages after the cutoff about address updates for people who have moved, etc. We have pushed back the shipping lock-in as far as we can, and at 5pm est today we are compiling the final the list to send to the printer.  If you have already paid and you need to update your address please send us a DM with your updated address before that point, otherwise your products will not be shipped out with the main shipping wave and will be delayed. 

Most of the addresses are locked in already so you won't be able to change it yourself from your survey, you will need to message us.

In other news, pictures! The Printer sent us some photos of the printed oversized trap cards this morning, have a look!

LAST CALL FOR BACKERKIT SURVEY UPDATES

Hello Giants,

As we rapidly approach our shipping date we have hit the point with our printer where we need to lock in final addresses to prevent further delays. 

 For the Stragglers: If you have not yet completed your Backerkit survey and added a credit card for shipping charges, you have until November 3 (tomorrow) at 9 am EST to do so. 

For those select few who have not completed their survey and added a credit card to Backerkit to pay shipping charges, any contributions you have previously made or funds you have added on Kickstarter will be converted to donations to the project, and you will not be receiving your products.

For those of you who have added a card that was declined, please update that information if you still wish to receive your products. Please message us if you have any questions.
